Q: Hi, I've booked this trip from 8/11 to 8/14. I plan to rent a car for 1 day on day 3(free day) and I want to know when we leave hotel on day 4 so taht I can detemine if I have enough time to return the car on that day. Thanks for your reply!

Q: Dear Sir/Madam, We are interested in taking your 7-D LA Tour, code 2-130, 4 pax. We will arrive at LA airport on 20 July 2014 at 21.30 by Eva Air from Taipei. 1. Which hotel in LA will you arrange for this tour? Is it near downtown? 2. Can you arrange to pick the four of us at the airport upon our arrival time and send us to that hotel? 3. We plan to stay at that hotel for 3 nights, check in 20 July, check out 23 July. 4. We plan to tour around LA at our leisure for the first 3 days and join your 2-130 tour starting from 23 July. 5. We also plan to stay one extra night at Yosemite Park so we will not join your trip back to LA. The next day we will go to San Francisco airport straight from Yosemite to take a 20.30 flight to Seattle. Would you please advise the best arrangements for us and the details of expenses for the extended 3 nights of hotel before the 2-130 tour and 1 night hotel at Yosemite Park after the 2-130 tour? 2014-07-13 16:28:16 Dear Sri, For this tour, we usually use 3 star hotels such as Radisson Whittier/Comfort Suites Rosemead/Best Western Rowland Heights/The Hotel Fullerton or similar (subject to availability). Please Note: Free Pick-Up is only available on the start date of the tour. If you require an early pick-up for before the tour begins, we can offer this at an additional cost. Please leave a note in the comment box of your request for an early pick-up so that we mey quote you, as well as a quote for the hotel extension for before the tour ends. We are unable to offer a hotel for Yosemite, as you will need to book directly with a hotel in that area. Please note: You will need to arrange your own transportation to the SFO airport to catch your departure flight. 2014-07-13 13:25:17 Dear Sri, 1. The first night hotel information will be available after we confirm the booking. Usually it will not be in downtown area. 2& 3. We will be able to pick you up if you book hotel extension with us and arrive on time as our last shuttle bus will leave the airport at 10:30pm. The early pick-up service fee is $30.00. 4. You can directly make a booking on the tour itinerary page according your schedule, please leave us a comment regarding hotel extension. We will inform you once we received the hotel rate. 5. Regretfully we will not be able to provide you hotel accommodation in Yosemite National Park or the transportation back to San Francisco. You will need to arrange this by yourself and please include notes in the comments section when placing your order online that you intend to end in Yosemite so we can arrange the order of the tour to allow you to end there. Q: Hi there, I am very close to booking this 3 day tour of Las Vegas and the Grand Canyon tour from july 16-18 and I just have a few questions. 1) I was wondering if there is any way I am able to charge my phone on the bus? I understand it takes about half a day to get to Las Vegas on the first day and that would mean I will listen to a lot of music and use my phone often to keep me occupied on the trip which in turn would waste my battery. 2) If at times during the Grand Canyon tour I feel I might need to take my own break or not want to do any of the optional stuff like the skywalk and the helicopter tour, is there a way for me to go back and sit on the bus too? 2014-07-10 21:15:01 Dear Tin Julie Zaw, The tour busses used for the tour will not have chargers available so it is advisable to bring and pre charge additional batteries for your trip. You will get the chance to recharge your batteries at the end of each day at the hotels arranged for the package. The tour bus will be kept locked when the group does its sightseeing on foot. You can usually wait at the visitor center, or sightsee at your leisure if you choose to opt out of any of the offered optional attractions offered on tour.
